2. Subscriptions & Payments
We offer two subscription plans: Olivra Basic (€3.99/month) and Olivra Plus (€4.49/month). Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Subscriptions renew automatically every month unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting general@olivra.net. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Content & Access
Subscribers receive personalized weekly recipes by email and/or SMS, depending on their plan. Olivra Plus subscribers also receive monthly digital cookbooks and SMS alerts. All content (recipes, cookbooks and images) is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used commercially. Non-subscribed visitors can view limited preview content, such as sample recipes and book covers.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share, copy, or reproduce any content from Olivra without permission.
5. Refund Policy
As Olivra provides digital content, refunds are only granted in cases of technical or billing errors. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us at general@olivra.net within 7 days of the charge.
